The ALIAS modular signal cabinet is a factory-built unit designed to protect signalling and control equipment in operational railway environments. It allows installation on live tracks and is engineered to withstand harsh outdoor conditions thanks to its sealed, rodent-proof, and weather-resistant structure.
Structure: Modular aluminium panels (single, double, triple configurations).
Installation : Deployed on live tracks without disrupting service.
Ingress Protection: Fully sealed against dust and water (IP54 equivalent)
Protection Anti-Rongeurs: Sealing compliant with the SNCF maintenance and works reference standard MT08045 on all cable entries
Our cabinets feature natural airflow with filtered vents at the top and bottom to maintain stable internal temperatures. Grounding is provided via internal equipotential bonding with an external connection point for safety and compliance.
Compatible with both slab and raised platform foundations, our cabinets include pre-cut riser ports fitted with sealed gland options (Ø30mm) and reserve ducts for future cable expansion
